Single Point of Access Advocacy Services: The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (‘the Council’) has awarded a contract for the provision of a single point of access to Advocacy Services for adults. The aim is provide more coordinated and joined up provision of Advocacy services covering: — Care Act Advocacy, — Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), — Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), — NHS Complaints Advocacy, — Appropriate Adult, — Independent Advocacy (non-statutory advocacy), — Paid representatives for DoLS (verbal agreement). The Council has awarded the contract to the highest scoring Tenderer. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
