Tender description
The works comprise new landscaping and public realm works within the Magee campus. This includes new footpaths, paving and kerbs, retaining walls, tree, hedge and shrub planting, grass lawns, wayfinding signage, electrical installations, site furniture and fittings and drainage / services modifications. The works are predominantly located in two specific areas of the campus (i) adjacent the library building block MM and (ii) adjacent the Northland Road campus boundary.
