Tender description

LMH use this annual event to interact with tenants and the local community, providing a free family day out, for everyone to enjoy and get involved. The event is held over 2 different days throughout May and June, across North and South of the City. This procurement exercise will be split in to four lots, as below: Lot 1 – Fairground Rides Lot 2 – Activities/Entertainment Lot 3 – Marquees/Gazebos/Tables/Chairs Lot 4 – Chemical Toilets The award of each lot shall be based on the following criteria: 50% price and 50% quality The Deadline for Submissions is: 12:00pm - 6th April 2017 Full overview of requirements and Tender return details can be found within the attached documentation.
