Will this role be within IR35? All individuals coming in via the DOS framework will be independently assessed. I personally believe this role will fall inside of IR35. 2. Can you advise on Security Clearance please. Individuals will be required to hold SC Clearance this is due to the documents they will be handling. 3. Is the person going to carry out the direction of a tool expert, or is this the person to administer the whole system on their own? How large, sophisticated and integrated is the system? Clearly, a person to look after a simple system under direction is one level of person, but someone to look after, direct, and architect a sophisticated system is another. It feels like that for £300 per day, minus fees, accommodation and IR35 impact, that is not going to be a high level person, and perhaps would need a lot of support / direction? This person would be required to administer EPM as part of a (small) team of administrators completing tasks such as: creating new users, archive leavers, run reports, provide 1st line support to the user community, provide advice and guidance to users, build Custom Views/Enterprise Fields and troubleshoot user issues. The issue surrounding IR35 is changing constantly and all contracts will be subject to a compliancy check.
