Tender description

The contract for St James's Café in St James's Park is offered for an initial 6 year period commencing 1.11.2017, with an option to extend by 4 years by mutual agreement. The Royal Parks is open to suggestions as to how the catering service within the St James's Café is developed in the future. The Royal Parks do not wish to reinstate the formal restaurant service nor should a pre-booked service operate in the café, but a more informal order at counter/deliver to table casual dining service might be considered. Given the size and configuration of the building it is believed that a single service style would offer the most efficient use of the space, though other proposals will be considered.
