Tender description
NHS East Lancashire CCG through this procurement is commissioning 2 APMS contracts across 2 lots: Lot 1 from Accrington Victoria Hospital and Lot 2 across three locations in Nelson, Padiham and Rawtenstall. The aim of all the services is to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients of each practice. It is proposed that the terms and conditions of all the services, including tariff arrangements, will reflect those contained in General Medical Services (GMS) contracts. The contract lengths will be 10 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years subject to satisfactory review and the current value for each lot over the duration of 15 years is: Lot 1: 2 973 120.45 GBP. Lot 2: 7 242 948.30 GBP. The tariff rate is subject to inflationary or deflationary changes on an annual basis by NHS England. Bidders may bid for either or both lots. Providing GP services in line with the service specification for a practice at Accrington Victoria Hospital. Providing a GP practice in accordance with the service specification in Nelson, Padiham and Rawtenstall.
