Tender description
Coventry City Council intends to procure a family health and lifestyle service(s) to be operational from 2018. The service(s) will deliver a number of mandated activities, including the National Child Measurement Programme, Health Promoting visits, new Baby Reviews, follow on assessments and a range of other public health provisions for families.
