Tender description
Gloucestershire County Council are tendering for Independent Visiting Service for Children in Care. We expect potential contractors to meet a number of minimum standards; these are detailed in the ITT. Please login to Procontract via www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk and register your interest in the opportunity. You will then be issued a confidentiality agreement which needs to be completed and sent via ProContract, in order to access the ITT documents. The Provider will be responsible for the provision of an Independent Visiting Service in accordance with the guidance set out in Children Act 1989 Guidance and Regulations Volume 2: Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (2010). The Independent Visitor's functions are to visit, advise and befriend the child.
