**Note: This task is being run under the FATS STS Framework; this Notice is therefore published for Transparency Purposes only and is not an opportunity to express interest in or Tender for this Requirement.** The existing FUCHS Legislative Compliance Assessment and Exemption Case needs to be updated by a Suitably Qualified and Experienced organisation on an annual basis in light of legislative changes, vehicle modifications and on-going testing and evaluation of the FUCHS platform. This is to ensure legislative compliance in light of new and/or updated applicable legislation, vehicle modifications affecting legislative compliance, and on-going testing and evaluation of the platform impacting on legislative compliance.
