Who Speclialist Work With You'll be working within a programme team including programme delivery, technologists and service designers What Specialists Work On Manage and migrate Applications Services, both bspoke and COTS - Analyse UK and Overseas Shared Data Locations - Assess applications and determine suitability for migration to Windows 10/Office 365 - identify and agree remediation plans - remediate in the most appropriate manner with a limited lifetime where possible - Carry out Reporting and Analysis on Progress. - Carry our remediation work and assisting with potential testing to deploy back into Live, i.e. With Macros/Spreadsheets/Access Databases. Where the Work Takes Place London and Milton Keynes Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements You'll be working as part of team and expected to input regularly on progress both remotely and at face-to-face meetings Work Location London and Milton Keynes Security Clearance SC Security Clearance required Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience Current SC Security Clearance 3 Years+ experience of large scale migrations with a minimum of 15,000 devices in the Public Sector/ regulated environment, including migration to Windows 10 64 bit O/S Platform. - Windows 10 Build Defects and GPO resolution expert and escalation point. - Experienced at vendor negotiation skills to reduce costs and future License Roadmap planning and execution. - Capturing End to End Business Processes using business lifecycle techniques, i.e. Swim Lanes Use Cases, Requirements - OSCAR/AERO, are essential - Expert knowledge on implementing Citrix environments to ensure technical application readiness with AppDNA, testing, performance, user engagement, and scaling - Experience dealing with CIO and Executive Stakeholders providing technical problem solving skills for issues and escalation - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for fixing & reporting different O/S compatibility issues i.e.. conversion from Office 97/2003 to Office 365. - Visual Basic expertise for troubleshooting and migrating 32 Bit to 64 Bit macros specifically on the Office365 suite - Full lifecycle functional testing, preferably with fixing collateral for Public Sector Applications such as Proviso, DVA, Bridge, Visa4UK. Nice to Haves Facilitation and presentation skills to manage key stakeholders in Application Remediation workshops Reasonable Adjustment Application Expert - Migration of Software versions and user customisations of all Ergonomic Applications. Experience in Dragon Naturally Speaking, JAWS, Text Help Read and Write. Packaging full lifecycle MSI and APPV in both Windows and Citrix environments.
