Estate Cleaning & Caretaking and Office & Community Hub Cleaning Services

Tender description

NPH wishes to invite Tenders for the provision of Cleaning and Caretaking services to a number of the properties and sites it manages on behalf of Northampton Borough Council (NBC). NPH are also looking for a contractor to clean the offices they occupy at Westbridge Depot, St James Mill Rd, Northampton NN5 5JW, as well as a number of Community Hubs located within the town. The contract is divided in to two lots - Lot 1 is Cleaning and Caretaking Services, Lot 2 is Office and Community Hub Cleaning. The contract will include the following • The cleaning of the internal communal areas of housing blocks • The cleaning of any furniture in communal areas, particularly in Older Persons accommodation. • Ensuring that the external communal areas are kept clean, litter & detritus free • Specialist cleaning to some other individual schemes including those housing elderly residents, Older Persons Accommodation and those in need of extra support • Some ancillary cleaning and other associated duties • Other site based tasks which may be carried out on a regular basis to certain properties (changing light bulbs etc.).
