Electrocardiograph (ECG) Equipment and Related Accessories to include but shall not be limited to: — ECG Recorders (Low Mid and High Acuity), — Holter Recorders, — Event Recorders, — Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitors, — ECG Machines with compatible treadmills (Stress Testing Systems). A free-of charge after-sales product support (helpline) service is required to support the use of all products that are supplied under the terms of the Framework Agreement. Customer Service support staff must be able to provide technical (product) assistance during the hours of 9:00 to 16:00 (Monday to Friday) as a minimum. Customer Service support staff must also speak fluent English. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of 6 000 000 GBP excluding VAT in the first year of this Framework Agreement however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement. It is estimated that the total expenditure over the lifetime of the framework (2 years with option to extend a further 2 years) will be in the region of 25 000 000 GBP excluding VAT.
