Tender description

Peddimore is an employment land use development opportunity which could accommodate approximately 265 000 m² of B1(b) research and development, B1(c) light industrial, B2 general industrial and B8 storage and distribution development. Birmingham City Council (BCC) are looking to commission a developer [or development Partner] with a proven track record to deliver phase 1 of Peddimore, a significant greenfield employment land site to the East of the A38 Birmingham. The chosen developer will be tasked to deliver a commercially successful high quality master planned development in accordance with the emerging masterplan and Supplementary Planning Document. The developer [or development partner] will also be required to obtain planning consent for and provide the infrastructure improvements needed to deliver the total development, including (but not limited to) a new access from the A38 and utilities and services.
