Tender description
The IT Data Centre hosts all the councils Servers, Data and IT infrastructure. The data centre operates in a controlled environment to ensure optimum hardware performance. A maintenance service is required to ensure that the data centres environment is kept within a controlled manner. The maintenance service includes quarterly maintenance visits and 24/7 call out. The maintenance schedule includes replacement of air conditioning filters, humidifier cylinders, Data centre fire suppression system testing and UPS
