The Liverpool City Council wish to refurbish/do internal alterations to the training rooms on the 1st Floor of the Cunard Building. LCC now wishes to utilise its other operational buildings, including the Cunard Building, in order to relocate its staff and readdress the shortage of meeting rooms as a result.
