Tender description

The contract refers to services to be provided to University College London as follows: — Internal Cleaning, — External Cleaning, — Response and Support Services, — Portering and Waste Collection, — Pest Control, — Provision of Consumables, — Window Cleaning, — Feminine Hygiene, — Dust Control, — Landscape Management, — Waste Management. The services are required to approximately 150 buildings of Academic and Residential use covering over 340 000 meters squared NUA with teams currently consisting of over 800 full- and part-time staff.
