Tender description

The service will provide the following support to service users: • Individual support and domiciliary care • Shared support (including shared accommodation but not residential accommodation) • Overnight support to individuals and groups of individuals • Provision of Community Support Networks • Support to access employment, education and other vocational activities • Supported lodgings (where support, not including personal care, is provided by a landlord or their representative) • Individual services called off under the Framework will comprise one or more of these elements. The Call off Contract will commence in April 2017 and will last for an initial period of 18 months with the option to extend, at the Council's sole discretion, for a period of up to 6 months. This contract includes a modification clause which gives flexibility to add up to 5 service users to the contract, with an additional 250 support hours in total. This modification clause has been included as more flats may become available at Cedar Place throughout the contract term.
