Tender description

Fleet Telemetry. The purpose of this contract is to provide fleet telemetry services, to the Northern Gas Vehicle Fleet. Which compromises of approx. 550 light commercial vehicles, potentially 210 company lease cars and potentially a ‘location/ tracking’ solution for Nil Powered wheeled plant. The contract is based on the solution providing both a safety element by monitoring driver behaviour and also an advanced tracking element which provides management information to measure time management, overtime vehicle routing and vehicle management diagnosis such as ‘actual’ odometer reading and engine management data. The initial contact term will be 36 months. The Standard Requirements are (but not limited to) – — Connected to vehicle CAN Bus to enable management data and information to be collected at source. — Installation and de-installation. — Servicing. — Provision of SIMs and charges. — Individual web based driver profiles. — Hot Spots. — Driver Recognition with individual fobs. — Regular Updates, Upgrades & Innovation. — Integration to current NGN Systems — Such as fuel cards and payroll. — Fixed in commercial fleet and options for lease company cars, grey fleet and plant. — Visible traffic light Alert on dash for driver. — Live data stream — real time maps, traffic & locations. — Tailored Dashboard. — Acceleration, speeding, harsh braking, harsh cornering, lane handling and speeding monitoring and alerts and idling. — Measure and monitor harsh breaking and harsh cornering. — Environmental measuring and reporting — such as fuel consumption and emissions. — Speedometer reading. — Warning light notification. — Accident notification. — MI reporting. — Route replay & location history. — Engine management warnings. — Pro connection/alerts/ monitoring. — Process for on-line updates. — Capture daily vehicle check/ defect check process. — Compatible with vehicle manufactures. — WIFI/ Bluetooth capablity.
