T16/3551 Artificial Pitch Replacements for Coach Lane Campus

Tender description

The university seeks expressions of interest from contractors to act as a one stop shop to: Strip, expand and replace a football 3G pitch and an ATP hockey pitch with a wet based pitch. The works will include: Remove fencing, floodlighting, playing surface and pad from 2 pitches. Expand both pitches to meet current regulation playing sizes Both pitchs to comply with governing body requirements and on completion receive official certification Investoigate and amend existing drainage Install new pitches, fencing, off pitch storage, floodlighting, integrated camera technology Supply additional goal posts Supply maintenance vehicles and induction training Build access pathways between new pitches Install Dugouts and shelters New storage compound to be created to house the ground steam comprising enlarged yard, graded yard with drainage falls and power/jet wash. Barn storage, floodlighting, power supply, secure gates and fencing Programme requires the programme to begin 1st week in May and complete by 3rd July.
