Tender description

This project is for the refurbishment of the existing operating theatres 3 and 4 within St James wing at St Georges university Hospital. The existing theatres are served from a single air handling unit located with the third floor plantroom . The project relates to the replacement of the existing air handling unit with two new units to HTM requirements.
