The Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is replacing its Alerting & Response Workflow Management legacy service. This notice is issued with intent of inviting service providers offering SaaS capability for the replacement service. The new Alerting & Response Workflow Management service is expected to provide a number of capabilities which includes the following: — Alert and Response Workflow Management Capability: — Generic Notifications broadcasts and acknowledgement. — User Access Management: — Website and email Analytics and Reporting. Only service offerings with EU data centres will be considered. Register your company on the e-Sourcing portal (this is only required once): 1 — Go to www.phe.bravosolution.co.uk. (Please note the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency uses the PHE portal). 2 — Click the link to register. 3 — Accept the terms and conditions and click ‘continue’. 4 — Enter your correct business and user details. 5 — Note the username you chose and click ‘Save’ when complete. 6 — You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure). 7 — Email purchasing@nibsc.org to confirm you have registered and to indicate which opportunity you are interested in. 8 — We will then be able to add you to our mailing list to automatically inform you when the tender is published. 9 — Please note the tender has yet to be published so you will not see it on the portal, the above requirements are to ensure you are on our distribution list and you will receive notification as soon as the requirement is published.
