Tender description
In 2017 Oldham Council are looking to procure bulky waste collection services and bin delivery services, potentially both under one contract. This would be a new model for the Council and as such, we would like to explore the potential benefits and limitations before entering a formal procurement exercise. As such, Oldham Council are hosting a number of soft market testing sessions and would like to invite organisations with expertise in either bulky waste collections & reuse activity, or in bin delivery services, to attend on either Thursday 16th March or Friday 17th March 2017.
