Tender description
Provision of a visiting support service for young people, which is related to the City of Edinburgh Council's Commissioning Plan for Prevention of Homelessness. Procurement of a service to provide: 1. Visiting housing support for young people aged 16 to 25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness or have recently experienced homelessness; 2. Development of life skills to enable young people to live independently, including group work support; 3. Link young people with employability services to enable them to improve their chances of obtaining employment.
