Orbis will offer the full range of services (if required by the Midland Heart) to enable empty properties to be protected, cleaned and prepared for any repair work, to maximise re let turnaround times. The main features of the arrangement include:- • A complete void protection management service throughout Midland Heart's geographic scope, including the supply, delivery, installation, de-securing and removal from site, of void protection screens and alarms, with the provision of temporary intruder/fire alarm system with centralised control and 24-hour monitoring. • Estate management services including rubbish clearance and graffiti removal, lone worker protection and facilities for the discreet securing of domestic properties in sensitive areas. • Guaranteed response times detailed within this specification, using teams from local depots, allowing quick authorized access to properties • Security screens and doors are to be made available to secure all types of property, including those scheduled for demolition, offering a formidable deterrent to vandalism, theft, arson and squatting. • Secure the property quickly and efficiently
