Tender description
North Hertfordshire District Council invited Tenders for bulk transport, processing and sale of Commingled Recyclable materials for itself and on behalf of East Hertfordshire District Council. North Hertfordshire Council lead on this procurement but separate contracts are awarded and each authority is responsible for the management and administration of its own contract. Services were required for the collection, haulage, processing and sale of recyclable material. Recyclable material is to be collected in bulk from two depot locations. North Hertfordshire Council's material is bulked at New Barn, Great North Road, Radwell, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5EN and East Hertfordshire Council's material is bulked at Unit 1 Buntingford Business Park, Baldock Road, Buntingford, SG9 9ER.
