The GMC is looking to appoint a provider who can work with us to identify how we can maximise the benefits from the apprentice levy and develop a plan meeting our short and long term staffing needs. We want to harness the talents of all our staff and attract a diverse pool of potential employees. We believe the apprentice levy will support us in achieving this aim. We are looking to hold information gathering meetings with interested suppliers on the 22nd March. Covering for example: — Apprentice standards relevant for the GMC ( short and long term). — Development of standards in the context of a regulator. — Services you can offer (digital account services, learning needs analysis, project management, programme delivery, recruitment, standards assessment). — Fee structure options.
