Tender description

The Health and Social Care Network (‘HSCN’) Transition Network (‘TN’) is a network to enable transition of legacy services from the N3 Agreement (‘N3’) infrastructure into the HSCN environment. The HSCN TN contract will be formed using the Crown Commercial Service RM1045 Framework. The HSCN TN will be connected to the future HSCN Peering Exchange service to allow telecommunication connectivity between Health and Social Care organisations and third party organisations.
