Provision for Executive Education

Tender description

This tender is to agree a contract with a specialist in Executive Education, who has a track record in the provision of open learning programmes to senior leaders. These will be delivered by the successful partner to our top 12 leaders. This should be a range of materials such as workshop materials and associated support resources to encourage deeper self-directed learning by participants. This will help Cafcass to continue to grow an inspirational leadership cohort and a sustainable leadership development culture in Cafcass, which will help maintain and improve the delivery of front line services in the face of reduced resources.
