Tender description

Hampshire Wellbeing Centres will provide a range of services to support individuals with Mental Health problems. Where possible they will focus on prevention, will be time limited, cost effective and outcome focussed. They will encompass a strengths based assessment of individuals care and support needs and develop and encourage peer support to create greater capacity, mutual support and self reliance. Alongside this preventative aspect of support, Wellbeing Centres will also need to provide support to individuals with a long history of serious mental illness who may require a different approach. Wellbeing Centres will operate from buildings throughout Hampshire and wherever possible, buildings will be centrally located from shop fronted high street locations. The Wellbeing Centre will provide a base from which independence and self esteem are developed, and care and support are accessed or provided.
