The Royal Borough of Kingston wishes to commission the delivery of Resident Engagement for the Housing Service in three ‘lots'. Lot 1 — Building, development and supporting Residents’ Capacity to engage, Lot 2 — Resident involvement in service design, improvements and design making. Lot 3 — Market research and Publicity. The main aim of the service will be to develop and deliver a broad range of resident engagement methods that have the ability to respond to the varying capacity, capability and aspirations of residents to take part in designing and delivering services, as well as ensuring the Council meets its statutory duty to engage residents living in Kingston.
