The Royal Borough of Kingston wishes to commission the delivery of Resident Engagement for the Housing Service in three ‘lots'. Lot 1 — Building, development and supporting Residents’ Capacity to engage, Lot 2 — Resident involvement in service design, improvements and design making. Lot 3 — Market research and Publicity. The main aim of the service will be to develop and deliver a broad range of resident engagement methods that have the ability to respond to the varying capacity, capability and aspirations of residents to take part in designing and delivering services, as well as ensuring the Council meets its statutory duty to engage residents living in Kingston. Local Authority has decided to abandon this procurement for Lot 3 Market Research and Publicity services this there for present a incomplete procedure. Please note that we intend to commence a new procurement process for these services and expect to publish the opportunity in 2017 on London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org ), where further information and a revised Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be published regarding a new procurement process.
