Libraries Tablet Lending Scheme - Market Testing Exercise

Leeds City Council is looking to develop a tablet lending scheme within its Library and Information Service. To support this, we are keen to seek information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field - the information will be used to help inform and shape our requirements thinking and the specification for any formal procurement. This pre-market engagement covers two separate areas: • The provision and operation of a tablet lending scheme; and • Opportunities to commercialise the scheme, at no cost to the service user, to enable the service to be self funding. We would welcome responses from those organisations that have an interest in either or both of these areas. Note: this is a market testing exercise and not an Invitation to Tender.
