Liaison and Diversion (L&D) Services Provision for Worcestershire

Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden & GEM CSU), on behalf of the NHS England - Health and Justice Team (the commissioners) is inviting bids from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the Liaison and Diversion services (L&D) within Worcestershire region. The commissioners would like to encourage innovative solutions for the L&D service provision including consortia, strategic alliances and subcontracts which will deliver value for money and improved services to patients. It is important to note here that NHS England (Health and Justice, North Midlands) will be the contracting and commissioning authority for this procurement. Brief details of the tender as follow: Contract Value - Based on the current funding, it is anticipated that the contract for provision of L&D services in Worcestershire will be let on a £700,000 per annum basis until 31 March 2021. The budget excludes the mobilisation costs. The commissioners are happy to reimburse the reasonable amount of one off mobilisation/set up costs. Contract Duration and Service Commencement - an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period from 04 June 2018 until 31 March 2021.
