The contracting authority invites the pricing of Preliminaries and overheads and profit and the pricing of a Schedule of Rates for landscaping works with Contractors Design Portions for Southwark Parks Capital projects below 500 000 GBP in value. (Lot 1); and The pricing of Preliminaries and overheads and profit, the pricing of a Schedule of Rates for landscaping works with Contractors Design Portions for Southwark Parks Capital projects above 500 000 GBP in value. (Lot 2). The contracting authority also invites the pricing of Preliminaries and overheads and profit and the pricing of a Pricing Schedule for landscaping works with Contractors Design Portions for a specific London Borough of Southwark Parks project for cost comparison purposes (an exemplar project). This ‘Pullens Park’ project does not form part of the Framework works and the successful tenderer/s will not be required to construct this project, as it is included for cost comparison purposes only. Landscaping works with Contractors Design Portions for 6 No. Southwark Parks Capital projects below 500 000 GBP in value. Landscaping works with Contractors Design Portions for 7 No Southwark Parks Capital projects above 500 000 GBP in value.
