Tender description

NHS England London region is seeking to procure capable providers to deliver Health and Well-being services at HMP Wandsworth, HMP Pentonville and HMP Brixton. The expected total value of the contracts (across all 3 prisons) is in the region of 3 800 000 GBP per annum. The expected annual value for each prison is: HMP Brixton — 808 000 GBP; HMP Pentonville — 1 328 252 GBP; HMP Wandsworth — 1 662 812 GBP. All figures quoted exclude VAT. It is currently expected that the tender will be split into 3 Lots. The contract duration is currently expected to be 3.5 years (42 months) with a service start date of 1.10.2017. This tender process is expected to begin in April 2017. Before this time a market engagement stage will be undertaken to invite provider feedback on elements of the service specification and proposed process.
