Tender description
The Council is commissioning the Tower Hamlets Healthy Communities Programme in order to improve population health and wellbeing and reduce local health inequalities. The new programme will address health and wellbeing issues across the whole life course, from infancy to old age. The programme will predominantly support the ‘Communities Driving Change’ priority in the Tower Hamlets Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2017-2020, however we anticipate that it will also impact on each of the other high-level areas that have been prioritised within the Strategy: Creating a Healthier Place; Employment and Health; Children's Weight and Nutrition and Developing an Integrated System This procurement is being carried out under the light-touch regime. Lot 1: North East Locality. Lot 2: South East Locality. Lot 3: South West Locality. Lot 4: North West Locality.
