Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is committed to supporting young homeless people and wishes to commission a variety of services which will support both female and male residents of Southend, up to the age of 25. The Young People's Homeless Support Contract specification sets out the needs we have identified, the outcomes we want to achieve for young homeless people and the main components of the services we want to commission and details of how we will monitor delivery of the outcomes. Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is seeking to appoint an organisation(s) to deliver specialist, safe, stable and short term accommodation and support services to service users aged 16-25 inclusive, who are Homeless or at risk of becoming Homeless.
