Tender description

Plymouth City Council (PCC) is seeking to commission and procure a Health Improvement Service. This ITT is issued as part of the procurement process. This ITT is issued for the purposes of the procurement process which the Council is undertaking under the Open tendering procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The health improvement service will inform, enable and support local people to improve their health and wellbeing. Through universal, targeted and specialist offers of evidence-based interventions the service will deliver person-centred and appropriate help in a variety of settings and through a variety of methods that are relevant to people throughout their life course, to achieve improved health and wellbeing and to reduce health inequalities across Plymouth.
