Tender description

NHS Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group (‘Lambeth CCG’) and the London Borough of Lambeth (‘the Council’) are looking for a group of providers to join them to create a Living Well Network Alliance (the ‘LWN Alliance’) which will lead, co-ordinate and, in large part, deliver support and services for those experiencing mental health issues in Lambeth. The LWN Alliance will be responsible for the large majority of adult mental health services provided in Lambeth and the main functions of the LWN Alliance will be to: — Develop and expand early, personalised and holistic support in Lambeth. — Co-ordinate care and drive integrate across the system. — Manage demand through primary prevention and reducing dependency and crises. — Be the strategic leaders driving culture change across all mental health services in Lambeth. — Develop, organize and review the network of providers who make up the Living Well Network. This is not a call for competition The LWN Alliance will be an alliance of commissioners and providers who will work together to ensure delivery of the functions and achievement of the outcomes in relation to adult mental health in Lambeth. The LWN Alliance will be underpinned by an alliance contract. Alliances have shared risk and responsibility for all activities and harness the value of a range of providers who bring unique and diverse perspectives. All partners are equal in the decision making, avoiding the hierarchy of lead contractor models. Lambeth CCG and the Council are seeking to determine the interest from provider groups who together could provide the services and are willing to make the commitment to collaboration and an alliance way of working. Provider groupings who believe they have the necessary characteristics to join with Lambeth CCG and the Council to form the LWN Alliance should express an interest by following the instructions set out in Section VI.
