Framework for Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Conditions. Organisations will provide specialist care at home, independent supported living or community enabling services to Children and vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorders. This Framework supports a life-course commissioning model and is therefore for children, young people and adults who are resident within the City of Newcastle and who have Learning Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Autism or Autistic Spectrum Conditions, including those with challenging behavioural issues.
