Tender description
To establish a Carer Support Service which will contribute to an improvement in the wellbeing of carers in the London Borough of Ealing, and strengthen and sustain carers in their caring roles and to support the Council 2 / 4 to implement the new duties to Carers now in force under the Care Act 2014. The Carers Support Service (‘the Service’) will operate from April 2017 and will replace the current Carers' Centre arrangements and formalise the range of services provided to carers. The Service will support carers of people of all ages with all conditions and include, parent/carers of children and young people with disabilities, and Young Carers aged 8 to 18.
