Tender description

Lancashire County Councils aim is that 20 % of the eligible population is offered a health check every year. Aims of the service include providing opportunistic offers for NHS Health Checks across a variety of settings including the workplace, places of worship and communities within Lancashire. This NHS Health Check programme is aimed at people living and working in Lancashire who are between 40 and 74 years old. Particular attention should be paid to communities who are known to be at increased risk of developing cardiovascular disease, for example deprived communities, South East Asian communities and working men.
