Tender description

The contracting authority invites the pricing of Preliminaries and overheads and profit and the pricing of a Schedule of Rates for landscaping works with Contractors Design Portions for Southwark Parks Capital projects below £500,000 in value. (Lot 1); and The pricing of Preliminaries and overheads and profit, the pricing of a Schedule of Rates for landscaping 2 / 5 works with Contractors Design Portions for Southwark Parks Capital projects above £500,000 in value. (Lot 2). The contracting authority also invites the pricing of Preliminaries and overheads and profit and the pricing of a Pricing Schedule for landscaping works with Contractors Design Portions for a specific London Borough of Southwark Parks project for cost comparison purposes (an exemplar project). This "Pullens Park" project does not form part of the Framework works and the successful tenderer/s will not be required to construct this project, as it is included for cost comparison purposes only.
