PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT THE COMMENCEMENT OF A PROCUREMENT PROCESS - THIS PROCESS WILL START FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THIS CONSULTATION Integrated Commissioning has completed its market engagement exercise for support services for people with complex needs. Integrated Commissioning wishes to commission a broad range of statutory and non-statutory interventions within a single system contract for people who have support needs in relation to homelessness and substance misuse and may also have support needs around mental health and offending. In considering the future shape of provision to support people with complex lives, strategic commissioning partners have drafted a specification in preparation for a full competitive procurement. To further test and refine the specifications before we go out to tender we are looking to consult with the market to acquire an informed view about the specification and how they can contribute further towards the required system redesign.
