"Domain knowledge of Home Office/UKVI applications as a Test Manager" - does this mean you will be looking for someone that has worked previously with the Home Office? Or will other Government departments have these applications in place? We are looking for these skills and experience regardless of where they have worked 2. Can you please confirm if this role will fall inside or outside of IR35 Can you please confirm if this role will fall inside or outside of IR35 3. Can you please confirm if this role will fall inside or outside of IR35 It is for the potential supplier to determine the tax status, HMRC have issued a tool relating to IR35 specifically. 4. With regards the certifications, most certified BA's are out and out BA's and the same goes for Test Managers, which certification is preferred given in all honesty I don't think both will be viable in an available specialist? The weighting will be towards Test Manager, though experience in both fields has been specified by the business area 5. If the consultant does not have valid SC but eligible for it, will FCO sponsor the clearance please? The supplier is to provide evidence of current SC Security Clearance 6. Could you please provide us with the details on 1. Maximum number of resources whose applications could be submitted. 2. Lead time for application feedback. Please see "How suppliers will be selected" the evaluation weighting includes price 8. Please can you confirm the split between Milton Keynes and London? It will be both sites, the exact working pattern will be determined by progress and business need 9. 1.Certified Test Manager-certification is must for this if yes than which certification ISTQB ,CMST. 2.Certified Business Analyst- certification is must for this if yes than which certification- IIBA ,CSBA,CBAP,CCBA,ECBA,PMI-PBA. Yes to both, all appropriately certified suppliers will be considered (including those listed) 10. We spoke with one of your incumbent interim resources on this project today who advised us not to apply for these roles. Please can you confirm that this is a genuine open tender?
