Expression of Interest for Markeaton Park Mobile Catering

Expressions of Interest (EoI) are sought for exciting opportunities to deliver mobile catering facilities on Markeaton Park for Ice Cream only. Mobile catering has historically been provided on a number of parks across the city of Derby. It will be important for the mobile catering operator to understand and work in conjunction the Council to: • deliver in the city's parks what the Council's Parks Team and Derby LIVE are aiming to achieve; • complement existing provision on Markeaton Park; • look to provide a provision that meets park users requirements; • offer added value to Markeaton Park, attract new park users and increase footfall This will take place using the East Mids Tenders e-tendering portal and you will need to register your company details at https://www.eastmidstenders.org. It is recommended you express and interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit your response. The deadline for responses is 14:00 on Friday 17th March 2017.
