Tender description
Northumberland County Council has an existing framework to support the provision of Alternative Education for children of statutory school age. Whilst it seeks to meet the needs of all children and young people requiring alternative education there is an emphasis on pupils being provided with an opportunity to achieve academic accreditation, particularly in English and maths. This contract expires on 31.8.2017, with an option to extend for a 24 month period. To help decide whether or not to extend we are seeking to understand how much the market has changed since the last tender exercise took place. With this in mind we would be grateful if you would complete and return the following questionnaire by no later than 3.4.2017. This is a market consultation exercise designed to facilitate the decision as to whether or not to extend the existing contract.
