Tender description
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) origin destination traffic survey to be conducted at seven closely linked locations in Luton. Direction of travel and time information for each vehicle must be collected at each location. Data results must match up all movements of recorded number plates, include vehicle classification and provide journey time information. The survey is to be conducted between 7am and 7pm for twelve consecutive hours on a neutral weekday and must be done in March 2017. Keywords: traffic survey
