Tender description

The appointed contractor will be responsible for all elements of the design, programming, contract administration, financial control and construction of the facility. Submissions must therefore demonstrate that all necessary disciplines are included in the Organisations team. This can be by use of suitable in-house staff or by third party firms or individuals. If third parties are used, they will be employed and co-ordinated by the contractor who will be responsible for payment of any third party fees, to be included in the total budget stated previously. The contract will be let under the JCT Design and Build 2016 Form. The Councils timescale for the project is as follows: PQQ and Tender Return Date 31 March 2017 Acceptance of Tender by Council and issue of Award Letter 10 April 2017 Completion of works on site 30 June 2017
