Devon County Council seeks to engage a single grounds maintenance contractor to provide grounds maintenance services for Devon County Council corporate premises across the county of Devon. The Devon County Council estate comprises approximately 70 sites including corporate office buildings, educational units, Children's Centres, Social Care Units, and Libraries. Most establishments incorporate at least the following areas of work: - Regular Grass cutting. - Rough Grass cutting. - Hedges. - Shrub beds (especially standard shrub beds and shrub bed edging). - Direct labour. - Miscellaneous - weed killing, and moss and algae treatment.
