The Council, in conjunction with Historic England, wishes to appoint a consultant or team of consultants to produce a detailed analysis and understanding of the setting (immediate and wider landscape) of The Angel of the North including views of The Angel and from The Angel. This will contribute to the ability of the Council to positively conserve, manage and enhance The Angel of the North in its role as both land owner and Local Planning Authority.
